    About the Role:

    As a Partnerships Central Support Executive, you will handle the accurate processing of inbound orders to meet Costa's service level agreements and partner expectations. In addition, you will act as the primary contact for partners regarding the delivery of PTS in their businesses. Key responsibilities include:

    • Ensure precise processing of inbound orders to meet Costa's service level agreements.
    • Coordinate and facilitate Proud to Serve equipment orders, ensuring timely installations, training, and invoicing.
    • Monitor and escalate service performance issues to internal stakeholders like Supply Chain, Sales, and Suppliers.
    • Manage third-party supply administration and resolve queries.
    • Support the setup of new partners and provide administrative assistance to align with Costa's operational practices.
    • Collaborate within the team to achieve key performance indicators.
