    Description

    Senior Lettings Negotiator

    Location: Pinner

    Salary: £23,000 per annum

    Full-time, permanent

    The Senior Lettings Negotiator role is perfect for candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position in the lettings industry. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in negotiation, problem-solving, and providing top-notch customer service. An in-depth understanding of current lettings legislation is a must, paired with a genuine passion for the industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new landlords
    • Assisting in the efficient progression of agreed deals
    • Demonstrating a good grasp of agreements, clauses, and industry regulations
    • Responding promptly to telephone and website leads
    • Proactively seeking new business opportunities
    • Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot and problem-solve
    • Addressing queries with the Accounts Department
    • Chasing outstanding rents and fees
    • Contributing to increasing market share through attracting new business
    • Working closely with various departments, including Accounts, Renewals, and Property Management
    • Handling the process of notifying landlords and liaising with Property Management when tenants serve notice
    • Liaising with solicitors for advice when needed
    • Updating internal documents and systems
    • Setting up properties to be effectively marketed

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as either a Junior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator
    • ARLA qualified Level 2 or equivalent
    • Full clean driving license and own vehicle
