- Main responsibilities:
- Supervising the sales team's activities and performance
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators such as volumes, margins, call response rates, prospecting, and conversion rate
- Leading by example, contacting customers to convert new business opportunities into sales
- Developing the sales team through motivation, coaching, and support in sales and prospecting activities
- Managing pricing on industry platforms and the company website as needed
- Keeping track of the fuel market, collaborating with fuel purchasing, and identifying opportunities for additional margin and volume
- Researching marketing and advertising opportunities to boost sales, outlining plans, costs, and seeking approval for implementation
- Ensuring a timely published schedule for all sales staff, including shifts, holidays, and breaks, at least 10 working days in advance

Please bear in mind that owning your own transport is crucial due to the business's location.
