- Salary Range: £60,000-£70,000

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- High IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset
- Prior National Sales Management experience in a multi-services setting
- Familiarity with complex contractual agreements and selling services to government and large businesses
- Offer market feedback, drive business growth targets, and explore new opportunities
- Lead client development and nurture relationships
- Assess individual performance and devise detailed plans
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the team to meet targets
- Oversee margins and contract realization per objectives
- Develop value propositions, sales strategies, and execute plans to achieve targets
- Guide the National New Business Development Management team towards growth
- Ensure service quality consistency and monthly sales goal attainment
- Provide market and product insights to enhance B2B sales
- Inspire the team to meet challenging sales targets across various channels and products
- Manage sales operations, including training and development
- Acquire, develop, and optimize significant new business contracts
- Focus on enhancing processes for improved sales efficiency
