    Join a membership organisation with over 200 years of illustrious history as a Director of Regions (UK and International).




    THE JOB:


    • Spearhead delivery across 12 UK and 8 international regions, ensuring member retention and engagement
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of Regional Directors and international managers
    • Champion the organisation's influence and insight function by fostering collaboration with stakeholders across the built environment landscape
    • Develop and implement effective regional strategies to achieve key objectives and enhance member value
    • Cultivate strong relationships with regional and local governments, industry leaders, and academic institutions.
    KEY SKILLS &


    EXPERIENCE:


    • Proven track record in customer/client relationship management and business development
    • Extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
    • The ability to motivate and lead a diverse, multidisciplinary team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident presence and the ability to influence at a high level
    • Knowledge of the built environment, construction, or civil engineering sectors
    SALARY & BENEFITS:
    - £90,000

    • Remote working
    • Up to 8% contributory pension
    • 25 days holiday + 8 days Public Hols + Christmas shutdown
