    Principal Onboarding Analyst
    London

    Barclays is seeking a Principal Onboarding Analyst to join the Onboarding Relationship Management Team (ORM) in providing top-notch service for internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in facilitating onboarding requests for new Markets entities and products, ensuring they are properly processed in our systems and ready for trading. This position supports investment banking desks across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

    What will you be doing?

    • Acting as the primary contact for client onboarding and overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process
    • Managing and expediting priority cases to reduce cycle times
    • Leveraging internal systems for workflow management and data storage
    • Addressing inquiries related to request statuses
    • Establishing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Reviewing control reports and resolving discrepancies
    • Conducting quality checks on processed requests

    What we're looking for:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Onboarding, KYC, or Regulatory functions
    • Previous experience in Financial Services or client-facing roles

    Skills that will help you succeed:

    • Enthusiastic with a proactive attitude and high motivation
    • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritization skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
