    Role and key responsibilitiescase management including wellbeing issues, short and long term sickness management, probationary periods, performance management, settlement agreements, conduct, grievances, flexible working volume and complex ER cases from inception to completion giving guidance to the relevant stakeholders throughoutinvestigations and other meetingssupport at formal and informal meetings and hearingsdecisions are accurately captured, recorded and processedstakeholder relationships throughout the process (senior management and HRBPs)higher risk cases to employment lawyers and senior HR leadership teaminternal processes, ACAS codes of practice and best practice approachesmore complex ER projects such as redundancy, TUPE, changes to Terms and Conditions of Employment:and overseeing the project plancommunications to stakeholders, affected colleaguescollective and individual consultation processes, chairing meetingslegal obligations are met in such processesan advisory service to HRBP's and the business on ER related mattersclosely with other teams within HR (such as HR Operations, Payroll, HRBPs) to streamline processes, ensure consistency and maintain effective cross team communicationsSkills and experienceWe are looking for:CIPD level 5 minimum (or equivalent in experience) or working towards but with minimum level 3 achievedWill have extensive experience in an ER case management role – 3 years (approx.)



    Excellent UK employment law knowledge particularly unfair dismissal and discriminationAbility to balance legal and commercial riskPrioritisation skills – must be able to manage a heavy case load and prioritise wellExcellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to articulate to (and influence) senior lawyers, managers and directors on legal and commercial risk, options and recommendationsConfident enough to challenge constructively, combined with a level of resilienceWhat's in it for you?At Eversheds Sutherland, we provide benefits focused on looking after you:
