- 2-4 years professional experience in user experience design, creating, designing, validating, and measuring products experience.
- Ideally a degree in UX Design, Product Design, Human-Centred Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design etc.
- Ideally an understanding of coding languages and ability to communicate effectively with developers, specifically with regards to user interfaces like HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
- A portfolio of design work/case studies.
- Proficient with design software such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing user-centric experiences for end users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
- Experience creating user flows, user journey maps, process flow diagrams, storyboards, application mapping, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
