    Description

    Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Fixed Term Maternity Contract months)

    Reports to: Head of Operations/Operations Director

    Location: London

    Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement Health & Safety best practices.
    • Lead event logistics from planning to completion.
    • Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
    • Build strong internal and external relationships.
    • Oversee Salesforce and operational processes.

    Qualifications:

    • 6-8 years in B2B events, conferences, and exhibitions.
    • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Customer-focused and proactive.
    • Strong work ethic and collaborative personality.
    • Efficient time management.
    • Any additional fluent-level European Language preferred
