    Job Description

Senior Architect for Award-Winning Hospitality Design Studio

Are you a Senior Architect looking to join a team that's reshaping the hospitality landscape?

We've partnered with an award-winning design studio, a beacon of innovation in the hospitality sector, currently on the lookout for a Senior Architect with a flair for visionary design and leadership. This studio prides itself on delivering exceptional projects that blend creativity with functionality, making it an ideal environment for those who are not only talented architects but also effective leaders and communicators.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of envisioning and executing stunning designs that meet the high expectations of various clients. Your responsibilities will stretch from leading a dynamic team and other Project Architects in tackling both technical and design challenges, to fostering client relationships that are built on trust and mutual respect. You'll have the chance to apply your creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and oversee the creation of complex, detailed documents that bring design concepts to life.

The studio is searching for someone who can confidently lead development of code analysis, manage the technical resolution and coordination for projects, and ensure that all implementation documents conform to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will also involve making critical decisions that influence project outcomes, writing reports or specifications, and preparing compelling client presentations.

Your background should include an accredited Master's degree in Architecture (RIBA Part III or an equivalent), ARB registration, and typically, 15+ years of professional experience. A sustainable design accreditation would be an advantage, as would proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools, alongside graphic software like Photoshop and InDesign.

This position is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to lead within a studio known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable design. You'll need to possess strong presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the capacity to maintain and build new client relationships. Your role will involve travel, offering a chance to engage with projects and teams across different locales, expanding your professional and personal growth.

If you're ready to step into a role where your leadership can drive projects to new heights, where your creativity can flourish within a supportive and collaborative environment, and where your career can take a significant leap forward, we invite you to apply. Join us in crafting the future of hospitality design, one exceptional project at a time.
