We run several small residential homes across Cardiff and Barry, supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live with less restriction and greater independence.


This is support work but maybe not as you know it, and as such whilst experience is useful we are more interested in your attitude.

We are particularly looking for people with a full driving licence who can drive our company vehicles therefore enhancing the range of opportunities available for our residents.


The role will involve some personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) in the case of some residents and you will also be supporting our residents to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g.

cooking, cleaning, shopping, days out, taking part in a wide range of leisure activities.


We pride ourselves in looking after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of those we support using a person centred approach, promoting their choice, independence and dignity.

From £10.42 per hour
