We run several small residential homes across Cardiff and Barry, supporting those with learning disabilities and mental health needs to meet their personal goals and achieve their full potential.


Caring, empathetic, enthusiastic, flexible, a team player, keen to learn - if this sounds like you then we want to hear from you.


As well as helping with personal care as necessary (washing, dressing, toileting, etc) you will be supporting our residents to carry out activities both in and outside of the home, e.g.

cooking, cleaning, shopping, days out, leisure activities all in line with their abilities and interests.


We pride ourselves in looking after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of those we support using a person centred approach, promoting their choice, independence and dignity.

This post is full time to cover maternity leave.


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
From £10.90 per hour
