    Job Summary

    This new and important role involves you working with our admin teams to ensure we have complete and accurate data for all of our Private Wealth clients.

    Reporting directly to the Data Quality Manager, you will build strong relationships with our Client Experience Executives to continuously review our data to identify efficiencies and ensure that our data is maintained to a high standard.

    This role requires you to work in a small, dedicated team of 3, but to be part of our much larger Client Experience admin team.

    The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and accurately.

    What we need

    • To have a thorough understanding of the data requirements, Foster Denovo's systems and processes and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA, and ensure these are reflected in work.
    • To support the Data Quality Manager with the ongoing monitoring of our client data to ensure that it remains complete and accurate.
    • To support our Client Experience Executives with the production of accurate and high-quality packs for client review meetings.
    • Input Know Your Client data into our back-office system.
    • To support our paraplanning team with collating information required to prepare investment audits.
    • Assist with external and internal audits to investigate and report on client data and documents.
    • To undertake any other duties commensurate with skills and experience; as a growing business the employee must be willing and able to adapt to different situations and be prepared to assist with any necessary tasks as benefits the business.:

    Who we need

    • Ability to build and manage relationships quickly
    • Able to demonstrate delivering a high quality and valued service to Partners.
    • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines & stay focused under pressure.
    • Team player but able to work independently & collaboratively with different teams.
    • Ability to follow processes & offer advice on where processes could be improved.
