We have an opportunity for a Customer Service & Team Administrator to join our client's team. This is a full-time Office based role Monday-Friday. Once completed probation period, a flexible working model could be considered.

    A good general education is useful in addition up to 3 subjects at National 4 or 5 including English and Math's.

    Knowledge of computer systems and an ability to operate commonly used software is essential.
    Proficient on CRM systems (Zoho would be an advantage but not essential).
    Dealing with customers via our help desk functionality by phone or email from your place of work.
    Answering enquiries and recording customer queries about machines, installation and/or ongoing service and maintenance.
    Understanding the products in detail for customers, helping them with day to day operating problems.
    Supporting team members in the delivery of their various projects.
    Helping to train new staff.
    You would work in an office manning the customer service desk.
    You may spend a lot of time on the telephone using a headset, and a computer.
    You might have to deal with a constant queue of customers or phone calls.

    You might get little time between calls to do the data entry and may need to multi-task in order to perform your role effectively.

    40 hours per week.
