    Description

    Mortgage Advisor, Remote working

    Self employed

    75% self gen commission, 50% for leads provided

    This role is for those who are self employed brokers who are looking to grow. The firm can directly support you in growing your own bank of clients as well as support you with lead provision, whilst providing a great commission structure. The firm are open to those with or without banks of clients but are looking for those who are keen to put the work in and grow their own business with their support

    The Business

    The business are a smaller sized, directly authorised firm based in Buckinghamshire. There are a team of advisors already in place, with the back office team ready to support them. They are now in a position where they have the infrastructure to grow the business and are looking for self employed advisors to join them.

    The Role

    Working with this firm, you will be a self employed advisor holding the client at the centre of everything you do. The mortgage journey with this firm is supposed to be a straightforward and simple process, ending in the best outcome for the client. You'll be self generating your leads, with direction and support from the director, as well as taking leads from the business to help you grow. Admin support will be in place, helping to keep you client facing.
