    The Mortgage Brokerage's advisers specialise in assisting first time buyers, home movers and those who wish to remortgage, as well as landlords who own buy to let properties.

    With the sustained growth of Darlington as an important regional town for the Northeast, the demand for housing and therefore expert mortgage advice is on the rise.

    The Mortgage Advisor Role

    As a Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you'll be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network.

    It will be your responsibility to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

    Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
    • Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
    • Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
    • Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
    • Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
    • follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
    • Maintain clear communication between the support, administration and protection teams

    The Mortgage Advisor Package

    • Office based / Hybrid / Remote
    • Basic Salary: £25k - £32k
    • New business Commission 20%
    • Client bank Commission 40%
    • Administrative support

    • Self Employed
    • Leads Provided Commission 35%
    • Leads self-generated 65%
    • Administrative support
