Key Purpose
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of our office. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the business our office and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. You will report directly to the two Partners of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Partners' diary and inbox management
Filtering requests and being a gatekeeper
Highlighting deadlines and raising priorities
· Adding and maintaining CRM data
· Travel bookings
· Greeting and liaising with guests
· Administration
Corresponding with colleagues, clients, suppliers and partners
Preparing briefings, presentations and other documents
· Office management
· Expenses and bookings
· Organising events
Client and Partner events
Team offsites and socials
Planning, organising and being present
Sourcing providers and suppliers, and negotiating terms
· Staff onboarding
· HR administration
· Manage special projects, as required
Requirements
Requirements
· Excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously and hit deadlines with minimal supervision
· Able to juggle multiple requests, taking ownership and seeing everything through to completion
