    Senior Recruitment Consultant - Regions and Personal Lines - Permanent

    ​​​I'm looking for a Senior Consultant to join our London team at Eames Consulting. Specifically, this role will focus on our market-leading insurance division within the Regions and Personal Lines vertical.     Who you are:

    • You're an experienced 360 permanent recruitment consultant.
    • You have an interest in learning or existing knowledge of Insurance recruitment.
    • You have 12 months+ of experience recruiting within Insurance or Professional Services.
    • You're hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism.
    • You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement.
    • You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - you'll help shape our culture.
    • You'll subscribe to our core values - Personal Accountability, Ingrained Drive, Professional Expertise, Cultural Connectivity and Agile & Adaptive.

    Eames Consulting is where we first started. It's our contingent recruitment business, specialising at the mid-to-senior level of the Insurance, Financial Services and Technology sectors. We have 150+ staff and offices in London, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York.

    • Highly specialist and well-renowned teams across actuarial, risk, broking and underwriting, and claims and operations
    • Large number of highly experienced recruiters at principal level+ who are actively involved in supporting juniors
    • Two billing directors with large networks, and strong market reputations leading the division
    • Multiple examples of people joining as ACs and progressing to principal consultant level within 3 years​
