- Use SQL to understand and breakdown large sets of data to extract impactful insights on customer lifetime value, customer churn and retention
- Segment customers through data modelling and deep dive analysis, allowing for targeted marketing and a more personalised customer experience
- Provide insights to senior stakeholders across the business on who the customers are and how you can engage them
- Run a series of A/B tests to understand the customer journey and decrease drop off YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- An expert in SQL and ideally an understanding or willingness to learn Python
- Good knowledge of customer analytics and KPI's such as CLV, retention and loyalty
- Confident providing insights to high level senior stakeholders and conveying complex tech terms in digestible jargon THE BENEFITS
