    Education Administrator - 6-Month Maternity Cover

    • Location: Just outside Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
    • Workdays: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • Hours: 9:00 to 17:00
    • Perks: On-site parking, weekly pay

    Are you ready to step into the role of Education Administrator, supporting the sales team and Higher Education Program Managers? Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day tasks would look like:

    • Coordinate and manage Education re-certifications for Master applicants.
    • Schedule ZOOM interviews with applicants and staff upon request.
    • Keep track of applicants' registrations and payments in CRM.
    • Upload application documents into the internal CRM system.
    • Issue acceptance and conditional offer letters to successful candidates.
    • Follow up with candidates for any missing information.
    • Prepare rejection letters for unsuccessful candidates.
    • Update CRM with acceptance status and guide candidates on next steps.
    • Collaborate with sales to ensure payment completion for courses.
    • Reach out to Masters learners for invoicing details and update accounting records.
    • Maintain learner payment records accurately.
