    Main duties of the job

    As the Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Memory Assessment Service.

    You will manage service delivery against key performance indicators, including dementia diagnosis targets, and work with teams to ensure that they can meet the needs of the local population.

    The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users.     Detailed job description and main responsibilities

    To implement a culture that focuses on improving outcomes for clients in core domains including physical and mental health; social functioning; independent living.

    To be responsible for safeguarding the interests and wellbeing of patients, visitors and colleagues and ensure the highest standards in this area from the team as a whole.

    -To ensure the service meets care quality and performance indicators, including those for the physical environment (e.g. infection control).

    To work in partnership with the Lead Clinicians to ensure there are clear and responsive operational policies, procedures and protocols.

    To lead in the management of a supervision structure for staff and identify the learning needs of staff

    You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
