    We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as a Night Manager at The Chester Grosvenor, we value positivity, passion and potential as equally as experience.

    We are now accepting applications to join our Front of House team as a Night Manager .
    Salary £26k plus Gratuities 4 shifts out of 7, free parking
    Our Night Manager provides 5 star service upon greeting late check in guests on entry to the hotel.

    We are looking for candidates who can work independently but also who can delegate tasks to the night team and enjoy keeping active and busy during the quiet overnight period.

    The ideal candidate would posses outstanding team management and communication skills.

    Experience in a similar position is essential along with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team.

    • Schedule the nights team, allocating tasks fairly and monitoring the standards of completed tasks, to ensure that optimal level of productivity are delivered and in line with Company standards.
    To ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and to keep all areas clean and tidy at all times
    To deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
    Training and motivating colleagues.
    To follow night audit procedures and generate the relevant reports for each department.
    To ensure Health and Safety, fire safety and security procedures are adhered to whilst providing excellent, customer service.
    To operate the hotels Front office system efficiently and in line with Company standards.
    Supervisory experience or be a strong front office or nights team member in a hotel.
    Great communication skills so you can chat to our guests providing a great welcome and departure.
    Flexibility to enjoy working night shifts (weekends will be included)
    Have a genuine interest in serving customers, at night they can be very different
    Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
    Be used to working alone/ with limited small team alongside you.
