    Apprentice Business Development Administrator - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Realise

    Description

    Index companies operate exclusively within the staffing sector, solely focusing on specialist markets via our network of brands based out of strategically positioned international offices.

    It will cover various 'back office' elements from data and research, finance and looking after the office in general.
    Supporting with finance task, such as creating invoices and analysis
    Booking company travel
    Planning company events and entertainment
    Data entry
    Coffee / Tea runs for the team
    Supporting on office management
    Business development admin support
    20 days annual leave, all bank holidays off & birthday off as an additional paid holiday.-Closed during the Christmas period (paid)-Regular company socials & events-Free breakfast provided before every shift-Pool table & array of games available in office to use during lunch hours-Attractive office - Liverpool business district location Skills Required
    Experience using multiple IT packages & systems – Microsoft Office
    Excel skills would be preferred but not essential
    Previous office work experience (preferred but not required)

    Qualification Required GCSES – Maths & English at Grade 4 (or equivalent) - preferred Training Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer.

    Index LP Ltd will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

    You will be working towards the Business Admin L3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:


    • Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
    • Business Admin L3 Apprenticeship Standard
    • Functional skills in Maths and English if requiredThis will be delivered through Index LP Ltd's dedicated training provider, Realise.
