    The Role

    The University of London is looking for an efficient, responsible, collaborative, Senior Business Partner to join our FP&A team.

    Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, the Senior Business Partner will work closely with University departments to provide financial support, based on analysis of operational performance.

    You will build effective partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams and be an effective ambassador for the finance team, improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on performance and how they contribute to the strategic goals.

    The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
