    Are you an innovative and compassionate leader who wishes to join our amazing Bright Start Islington Integrated Service?

    We are looking for a leader who has excellent communication skills, who has the ability to motivate staff to achieve high performance and best practice in all areas of service delivery.

    Would you like to lead a locality in an integrated service working alongside Bright Start Early Years leaders to ensure our strategic aims of all children in Islington having the best start in life are fulfilled.

    We will be working towards improving children's outcomes together with key partners through our Bright Start Strategy and Family Hub development plans.

    The post holder's key role will be to act as a compassionate leader supporting the service delivery of a quality, equitable, responsive, flexible, and evidence-based health visiting service, fully integrated with Early Years partners to form the Islington Bright Start Early Childhood offer.

    The post holder will work as part of a 0-19 senior management team and be responsible for leading on the strategic and operational management of the integrated services within a geographical locality.

    The postholder will support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, agreed quality assurance framework and lead, motivate, support, and develop staff within the locality.

    This will include line management support, clinical and professional supervision, training and expert advice on caseload management within the context of integration with Early Years.

    The post holder will take the lead on an identified area of development and have oversight on service improvement, supporting teams to engage in change management, quality improvement processes, surveys, and clinical audit which in turn enables a culture of learning, authenticity, and continual improvement.

    The postholder will have responsibility for data management, commissioning reports and budgets as part of the 0-19 senior management team.

    Evidence of recent continuing professional development

    Understanding of wide ranging DH and NHS policy, initiatives, national service frameworks etc in delivering patient centred care.
    Understanding of Health Visiting specific DH and NHS policy, initiatives, national service framework
    Child and adult safeguarding
    Achievement of high quality patient care through evidence based practice
    Management of change
    Management of finances within a budget
    Evidence of service specific data production, analysis and ability to attribute and communicate its meaning.
    Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of quality assurance/performance management method.
    Understanding or wide ranging DH and NHS policy, initiatives, national service frameworks etc. PERSONAL QUALITIES
    Commitment to high level of performance at individual and team levels in delivery of Trust performance framework.
