    Description

    Job Title: Employer Brand Manager

    Company:Scaling tech business based in Cambridge

    Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience

    Location: Cambridge - Hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

    Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for building unique and differentiated employer brands?

    We are partnering with a growing tech company in Cambridge that is seeking a visionary who knows how to make a mark in a competitive talent landscape. Your mission will be to captivate the team and draw in new talent by crafting a distinctive employer brand that showcases the company's cultural strengths.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Shape and embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints within the organization
    • Ensure consistency in internal messaging and tone of voice
    • Lead both internal and external events that spotlight the employer brand
    • Engage as a captivating storyteller, sharing narratives about the culture, people, and company objectives in innovative ways
    • Oversee social media platforms and career sites to mirror the EVP
    • Establish metrics to gauge the enhancement of the employer brand

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Demonstrable background in communications, marketing, or employer branding, ideally with a track record of strategizing, leading, and implementing initiatives
    • Proven capability to produce original, meaningful, and imaginative content across various channels targeting diverse demographics
    • Successful history of achieving results through campaign ideation and execution
    • Superb copywriting and communication proficiencies are a must
    • Previous exposure to a rapidly expanding SaaS environment
    • Experience in User Experience (UX) will be advantageous
