    Description

    Anti-Social Behaviour Officer at Edmonton

    Are you an enthusiastic Anti-Social Behaviour Officer searching for your next position? We are looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to be part of a Resident Relationship Team situated in Edmonton.

    Details:

    • Umbrella Pay: £24.99 per hour
    • Duration: 3 months initially
    • Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
    • Weekly Hours: 35 hours

    About the role:

    • Handle a wide range of council housing anti-social behaviour cases
    • Investigate reports of ASB, including noise disturbances, domestic abuse incidents, and instances of cuckooing
    • Conduct site visits to engage with residents and address ASB concerns directly
    • Provide support and guidance to affected residents, facilitating access to services and resources
    • Develop strategies to mitigate ASB and promote safe communities
    • Issue warnings and notices
    • Collaborate with external agencies, law enforcement, and legal representatives
    • Maintain accurate records of ASB incidents and interventions
    • Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a similar ASB role
    • Knowledge of council housing ASB policies, procedures, and legislation
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
    • Enhanced DBS registered to the update service
