- Umbrella Pay: £24.99 per hour
- Duration: 3 months initially
- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours
- Handle a wide range of council housing anti-social behaviour cases
- Investigate reports of ASB, including noise disturbances, domestic abuse incidents, and instances of cuckooing
- Conduct site visits to engage with residents and address ASB concerns directly
- Provide support and guidance to affected residents, facilitating access to services and resources
- Develop strategies to mitigate ASB and promote safe communities
- Issue warnings and notices
- Collaborate with external agencies, law enforcement, and legal representatives
- Maintain accurate records of ASB incidents and interventions
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Prior experience in a similar ASB role
- Knowledge of council housing ASB policies, procedures, and legislation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Enhanced DBS registered to the update service
