    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-notch technical support to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Address technical requests promptly from colleagues, engineers, and customers
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and products, especially in the renewable and sustainable sector
    • Adhere to all new and existing systems and procedures to ensure optimal company operations
    • Conduct training sessions for internal and external clients
    • Assist the team manager with any additional tasks as needed

    Candidate Profile:

    • This position is tailored for an experienced HVAC engineer seeking to transition into a more technical role
    • Thorough knowledge of DX and Applied units is a must (VRV, VRF, Chillers, Splits, etc.)
    • Candidates from a mechanical engineering background will also be considered, provided they have prior experience in a technical support capacity within the HVAC industry
