We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated
Family Worker to contribute to our successful team.

Location:
Based at HMP Erlestoke, Devizes, Wiltshire

Hours:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary:
£27, £31,529.41 dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with family member on the progress of a service user and providing information on the recovery process.
Assessing each service user's current family situation, identifying concerns about the impact of substance misuse on close personal relationships.
Assisting on making realistic plans to aid the recovery process.
Providing essential recovery work to vulnerable people and their families.

About You:

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

Considerable experience of working directly with families in a field such as prison, social work, drug and alcohol recovery, probation, health, education, youth, and community.
Sound working knowledge of Child Protection.
Ability to engage with people of diverse backgrounds.
Sensitivity in working with complex family issues.
