- Manage multiple and/or large contracts, with the assistance of a site manager, to ensure the contract is delivered safely on programme and on budget.
- Able to ensure projects are well managed and highly co-ordinated.
- It's a must that all required Planning applications, Building Control applications etc. are processed in a timely manner.
- Produce accurate and detailed progress reports.
- Managing budgets, completing financial records, and maintaining margins on a project-by-project basis.
- Provide Project Management support to projects during all stages of pre-construction where necessary, including preparing and presenting tender presentations, tender programmes and methodology support.
- Develop, co-ordinate and manage detailed construction programmes ensuring all aspects of the build and project risks are captured.
- Identifying and reporting all commercially related risks to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensuring all Health and Safety legislation is always complied with
- At least 3 years' experience as a Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and multi-task.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Project.
