- Job Purpose: As a Network Communications Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in bringing to life and safeguarding the Cadent brand at the core of the organization.
- Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key regional and trade journalists.
- Liaising with media teams of regional stakeholders to drive and protect Cadent's reputation.
- Delivering a dedicated service to the North London Network by aligning communication objectives with business needs.
- Creating engaging communications to showcase engineering innovation and managing awareness about repair work.
- Supporting social impact projects and celebrating colleague success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing media relations and delivering internal and external communication activities for the North London Network.
- Connecting colleagues to the organization's vision and priorities.
- Driving the overall reputation of the network through proactive PR and colleague communication.
- Building relationships and influencing communication decisions.
- Requirements:
- Educated to degree level with extensive experience in business communication management.
- Industry-recognized professional qualification in Public Relations is desired.
- Demonstrating creativity in communication messages and strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of media relations best practices and crisis communications.
- Ability to write effectively for various communication channels.
