    Description

    With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be

    To ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Bacardi Media and Shopper Marketing investments, to build partnerships and strong commercial relationships with our global media, creative and other supporting agencies, drive necessary processes and capability development.

    Media

    • Connections planning – drive clarity and effectiveness of the Connections Strategy & planning process, ensuring full consumer journey is in scope, connection to the IAP process, integration of IAT at global and regional levels. Work with brands to deliver better quality briefs, work with OMD to ensure alignment/understanding to develop optimized media plans for Bacardi portfolio.
    • To step change the effectiveness and efficiency of Bacardi global media spend in a fast evolving landscape.
    • Raise the level of media capability internally and to develop strong and accountable partnerships with our agency partners. Lead Bacardi's portfolio relationship globally with OMD, MullenLowe, BBDO, OML plus associated audit and production agencies, as well as direct partnerships with key media platforms (e.g. Facebook/Google/Pinterest)
    • Partner with Brands, D-Commerce and Digital team to recommend 365 media approach that encompasses agency way of working, content, resources and internal wiring.
    • Play a lead role in partnering with brands, digital, D-commerce teams in leveraging 1PD into ECRM initiatives to unlock new level of understanding and effectiveness.
    • Portfolio strategy – make recommendations and adjustments both in upfront of the year and monthly during the year to make better decisions and deliver the plan based on business needs.
      • Introduce innovative approaches – test and learn before scaling to the organization.
    • Instill an M&E approach on 100% of media and partnerships A&P spend and make active scaleable recommendations to redeploy resources and improve content by channel in order to improve effectiveness.
    • Work with the GBT's to ensure that the media plans have the assets they require for all needs and are fit for purpose.
    • Ensure that Bacardi continues to have full and transparent visibility of all media and adtech costs and optimise as required.
    • Leverage our portfolio volume spend for best value in terms of cost, quality, data acquisition and learning

    Shopper Marketing

    • Lead the organization in transforming our approach to Shopper Marketing, incl Insight, Engagement, Sales, Promo & POSM, increasing effectiveness of our efforts and generating significant savings for strategic reinvestment
    • Drive creation of Shopper Marketing CoE, definition of Shopper Marketing strategy, implementation of key processes, tools, and capabilities
