    Description

    Head of Product - UK (Hybrid remote) £70k - £90k + bonus and MIP

    Embrace the flexibility of working from anywhere in the UK, with occasional visits to Leamington Spa or Ireland. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £75k to £90k per year + Management Incentive Programme and bonus.

    THE ROLE:

    • Create a clear Product strategy and seek out new partner companies.
    • Develop a deep understanding of customers, markets, internal stakeholders, and competitors to drive the Product Strategy.
    • Manage product roadmaps to enhance software development, boost revenue, and brand value, while reducing costs.
    • Take charge of migration and end of life strategies for relevant products.
    • Ensure the creation, sales, service, and retention of profitable solutions that address market and customer needs.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Demonstrated experience in a product-focused role such as Head of Product or Product Owner.
    • Essential experience with Payroll software as a product
    • Educational background in Payroll, Business, Economics, or Finance.
