    Position:
    Interim Head of Transactional Finance

    • Duration: 12 Months
    • Location: Birmingham City Centre
    • Salary: Up to £75,000 p/a

    Start Date:
    As soon as possible

    Are you an experienced finance professional with a solid background in transactional finance, managing AP/AR/Cash/Banking processes? Trinity House Group is collaborating with a fast-paced company based in Birmingham City Centre looking to recruit an Interim Head of Transactional Finance for a fixed-term period of 12 months.

    Role Overview:

    • Lead and oversee the transactional finance team, ensuring top performance and growth.
    • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely handling of financial transactions.
    • Develop and execute best practices and enhancements in processes.
    • Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.
    • Compile and deliver financial reports to senior management.
    • Collaborate with various departments to advance business goals.
    • Guarantee adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
    • Provide guidance and assistance during system upgrades and implementations.

    Key Requirements:

    • Relevant finance certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred but NOT MANDATORY.
    • Demonstrated track record in a similar capacity within a high-volume enterprise.
    • Solid expertise in transactional finance, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Proven ability to streamline procedures and introduce enhancements.
    • Robust analytical and issue-solving skills.
    • Proficient in financial tools and ERP systems.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
