    Our client is seeking an experienced

    Operations Manager

    to join their leadership team, this is a

    business-critical role,

    and the successful candidate will oversee and optimise the operational aspects of all areas within the organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of

    sales processes ,

    driving performance , and maintaining a

    high level of client satisfaction .

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESnProvide

    strategic leadership and direction

    to the management team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.nDevelop and implement

    efficient

    operational processes

    to maximise productivity and achieve business targets.nLead by example, motivate, and

    develop a high-performing management team .nWhere necessary act as a

    key point of contact for clients

    and collaborate to understand their requirements, tailoring operational strategies accordingly.nImplement

    performance metrics and KPIs

    and an

    analyse data and trends

    to identify opportunities for improvements.nContinuously

    evaluate and refine operational processes

    to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.nWork closely with cross-functional teams to

    implement process improvements

    and drive innovation.nManage resources effectively , including staffing levels, training, and technology tools to optimise operational performance.nCollaborate with the MD and SLT to

    develop and manage the operations budget .nProvide

    regular and transparent reports

    on operational performance to the MD.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCEnOperations Management experience

    within an

    Outsourcing Environment

    or similar.nDemonstrated experience in

    process optimisation and performance management .nBudget management


    experience is essential.nA good standard of education and someone who invests in their personal development through self-learning.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.nA UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
