    Location: Leeds, Leeds International Study Centre

    Contract Type: Full Time – Permanent

    Salary: up to £39,605.59 per annum

    JOB OVERVIEW

    Join our team at Leeds International Study Centre and contribute to delivering high-quality teaching programmes in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. As a Subject Lead, you will play a key role in designing innovative teaching practices and ensuring an outstanding student experience.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide academic coordination as a Subject Lead for designated module(s)
    • Lead regular meetings with teaching and support staff for effective program management
    • Manage a group of academic tutors
    • Contribute to module design, delivery, and development
    • Assist in Academic English provision
    • Prepare module examinations, assessments, and provide feedback
    • Support planning activities and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
    • Collaborate on induction and registration programs for students
    • Engage in scholarly activities to keep modules current
    • Implement quality assurance procedures and maintain student attendance records
    • Create sponsor and academic reports for students
    • Undertake teaching observations and staff development plans
    • Promote health, safety, and wellbeing of students and colleagues
    • Any other duties as required

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Relevant Teaching qualification (DELTA, TEFL, MA Linguistics)
    • Teaching experience in UK higher or further education
