    Graduate Inside Sales Specialist - Next Gen Sales Academy

    Location: Chiswick

They provide direct advice to customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability, no matter how complex the query may be, they are there to provide technical solutions via phone, chat, web, or email.

    What you'll achieve:
    • Be a technical advisor to the sales team, collaborating to help them meet and exceed their objectives
    • Recommend business solutions, products, and services aligned with the client's requirements
    • Conduct market research to anticipate customer needs and suggest technical solutions
    • Contribute to the continuous technical learning and growth of the wider team
    • Build lasting relationships with customers and eventually handle your own accounts
    • Take the first step towards your ideal career
    Essential Requirements:
    • Recent graduation (within the last 12 months)
    • Previous experience in a customer-oriented role, showcasing sales capabilities
    • Demonstrated focus on achieving results
    • Eagerness to specialize in a specific area of Dell Technologies' portfolio
    • Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
    Desirable Requirements:
    • Prior experience in Inside Sales
