    Job Description

    What the role will entail:

    • Seeking a Nature Based Solutions Design Lead with strong technical skills and business acumen to join our water team
    • Opportunity to work on projects connecting wastewater treatment to reuse in a sustainable manner
    • Responsible for project design, feasibility studies, and collaborating within a capital delivery environment

    Role Requirements:

    • Lead nature-based solution projects
    • Promote Nature Based Solutions to clients and internally
    • Mentor Design Engineers for their professional development
    • Manage a team of Design Engineers for project delivery
    • Technical checking of work and proposal preparation

    Qualifications

    Here's what we need:

    • Experience in nature-based wastewater designs
    • Skills in natural capital, sustainability, and infrastructure
    • Experience in client proposals and commercial awareness
    • Familiarity with UK water and environmental regulations
