- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the corrugated packaging and consumables industry.
- Lead a sales team to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
- Provide sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management on a regular basis.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least X years of experience in the corrugated packaging and consumables industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit production facilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
