    Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to drive the company's sales of National & International removal services, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

    This pivotal role involves leading a team, including three estimators and a sales coordinator, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the removals industry, demonstrating an ability to lead sales strategies and manage a team towards achieving set targets.


    Sales Manager Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the company's objectives, focusing on nurturing and expanding the customer base.

    Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of three estimators and a sales coordinator, setting performance goals and evaluating their achievement.

    Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their removal needs, providing bespoke solutions.
    Supervise the generation of accurate and competitive quotes for removal services, ensuring they align with profitability and company standards.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous communication and exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction.
    Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and promptly address any service issues.
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to guide strategic decisions.
    Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.


    Sales Manager Requirements:
    Demonstrable experience in sales management, preferably within the removals industry.
    Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, proven by a history of motivating teams to meet sales targets.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and team members.
    Skilled in sales planning, negotiation, and closing, with an acute attention to detail.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make decisions under pressure.
    Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel as needed.
    Dedicated to providing superior customer service and upholding the company's values.
