- Manage planning tool (Anaplan) and process including identifying further process and model improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Transformation Office on Change portfolio optimisation for (Apply online only) planning, business case review and ongoing cost benefit tracking.
- Lead month end group financial review and Exec dashboard and performance update, articulating performance drivers and highlight risks and opportunities and actions to deliver financial targets
- Develop Management Information reporting in line with the on-going requirements of the company and drive country by country reporting and segmental analysis.

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager who will provide insightful financial analysis and planning tools and processes to challenge thinking and enable more informed decision making.
As an experienced FP&A professional, you will work closely with internal Finance teams and key divisions across MPS to deliver group wide planning and performance analysis activities, directly contributing to MPS in delivery growth and transformation.
In this central role, you will be managing the monthly analysis on group financial performance and lead the forecasting and annual planning process and partner with Transformation Office to proactively manage the Change portfolio to deliver business outcome/benefits critical to MPS.
You will have the opportunity to interact with senior executive stakeholders and have regular exposure to the CFO through a wide range of performance analytics.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with proven post-qualification work experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and Change/Project Finance Business Partner role who can navigate the complexity of MPS P&L leveraging SMEs including reserve, pricing, investment across the organisation and has the ability to produce Board/C-suite level ready presentation.
