I am currently looking for an experienced
Analysis Control Manager to join a fantastic, rapidly expanding business where no 2 Days are the same.

This is a Hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite in our clients' offices in North London.

**Key Responsibilities: **- Achieving monthly issuance target - a key business metric.

  • Proactively resource planning, tracking pipelines and quality checking work to deliver to agreed service level targets across the analysis process.
  • Identifying and recommending areas for improvement areas and driving continuous improvement across the Analysis process.
  • Be the escalation point where necessary to resolve any issues/problems promptly working closely with both the Client Liaison and Operations teams.
  • Introducing daily measures and controls to improve the monitoring of the team / process.
  • Working closely with the Team leaders and Ops Manager to ensure all current processes meetguidelines.
  • Managing business partners (on and offshore) via regular checkins
  • Delivering weekly performance updates to the Operations Management Team
  • Performance management, conducting scheduled 121s as well as 'on the spot 'coaching with team
  • Manage the recruitment of new people into the Analysis Control team
  • Manage the business outsource partner offshore who perform key stages of the Analysis process
  • Deliver process changes to support new product and efficiency initiatives
    Key Experience / Skills Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of Team Management within a data-rich process that requires high levels of quality standards.
  • Experience in using Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of Power BI as well as MS SQL is an advantage
  • Pragmatic, with strong prioritisation and time management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments and provide feedback to management on all areas of improvements
  • Analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret a high volume of data and think creatively to identify solutions to challenges.
  • Inquisitive and able to use own initiative to resolve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Energetic, able to remain professional, calm, and polite when under pressure and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Excellent telephone/video conferencing manner and English language written skills will be required
