    The Role:

    We are on the lookout for a proactive Marketing & PR Coordinator to be part of our expanding marketing team. Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing global campaigns and marketing initiatives. We need someone who is a team player, full of energy, and brimming with innovative ideas.

    Main Responsibilities - Marketing

    • Develop, implement, and execute global campaigns, activations, and promotional strategies.
    • Innovate and optimize processes to maximize efficiency consistently.
    • Prepare and present reports and analyses on marketing endeavors to senior management and the board.
    • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring clear communication across all departments.
    • Participate confidently in weekly marketing meetings.
    • Act as the brand's custodian to ensure all campaigns, creative content, and copy are in line with the brand identity.

    Main Responsibilities - PR

    • Create unique angles for press outreach and innovative PR tactics to attract media attention.
    • Monitor press coverage closely and generate comprehensive reports.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends and important PR dates to leverage relevant opportunities.

    Experience/Skills

    • Hold a degree in a relevant field like Marketing, PR, or Fashion.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of the PR landscape.
    • Solid grasp of the target audience's preferences.
    • Enthusiastic and creative with a talent for generating fresh ideas.
    • Avid about fashion and adaptable to changing demands.
    • Hardworking, ambitious, and driven.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proactive and creative approach with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong project management abilities.
