    Job Description Senior Marketing Project Manager

    66 p/h PAYE

    The EMEA PMO team is dedicated to transform the way Marketing works by orchestrating streamlined marketing campaigns and programs execution experiences; In the role of EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager at this organisation, you will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Project Management and be in charge of managing regional campaigns, programs and global projects.

    You'll work with all cross-functional marketing teams and handle multiple EMEA integrated campaigns simultaneously.

    The EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager will leverage their deep understanding of B2B marketing to orchestrate integrated campaigns, guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience.

    Build project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of projects including campaign asset creation, graphics, copywriting, print collateral, website page updates or content migrations, and global initiatives.

    Partner with the Regional Marketing stakeholders to document and communicate key planning/program initiation meeting outcomes.
    Build project plans and timetables that include regional rollups. Ensure all deliverables align with project scope.
    Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks
    Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimisation of resources, smooth handoffs, and program consistency.
    Request creative and production resources through production management tool.
    7+ years in business-to-business marketing with proven project management experience. PMP certification is preferred.
    Bachelor's degree required.
    Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing a plus.
    Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project)
    Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/ campaign or multiple projects at the same time
    Proven ability to direct/manage cross functional, virtual teams.
    Extremely detailed oriented, organised and exceptional time management skills
