    Hey there! Are you passionate about sustainability and clean energy? Well, our client, an international leader in sustainability and energy services, is on the lookout for a Distributed Clean Energy Manager to join their awesome team. This role involves developing strategies and implementing solutions for clients to pursue distributed generation, such as onsite solar, storage, fuel cells, and other cutting-edge technologies tailored to their financial and sustainability objectives.

    Exciting opportunity alert! Here's what the role entails:

    • Engage with senior executives at client companies on onsite solar, solar + storage, and other distributed energy technologies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with developers, suppliers, and third-party providers of solar, storage, and other DER services.
    • Lead important initiatives for the Distributed Clean Energy team, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and capitalize on short-term market incentives for the benefit of clients.
    • Use your creativity, market knowledge, and policy expertise to find unique distributed generation solutions across various European markets.
    • Create presentations and project materials for clients with the support of our advisory analysts.
    • Evaluate renewable projects, client's electricity portfolios, and market dynamics to provide recommendations to clients and address key risks.

    What you need to succeed:

    • 5+ years of experience in electricity markets, ideally in energy consulting, solar/storage development, or corporate renewable energy.
    • A solid understanding of the distributed energy resources landscape, including onsite solar, storage, and electric vehicle charging.
    • In-depth knowledge of wholesale and retail energy markets, renewable energy financing, and corporate energy procurement strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a bonus.
    • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities in the energy sector.
