Description

Due to increasing demand, we have exciting new opportunities within our Telesales Team based in our offices in Guiseley, Leeds.

The roles involve either making outbound calls to enquiries or taking inbound calls generated from our national advertising campaign.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to quickly build rapport and really understand our customer's needs.

Previous sales experience is essential.

We are looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic, who do not mind going the extra mile when necessary.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to follow up on unappointed enquires/unsold appointments or take inbound calls and convert into a qualified appointment
Follow our approved Sales process so that we can contact and monitor customer progress
Accurately record information and notes into the CRM system
Work closely with fieldbased surveyors to get feedback and make appointments where appropriate
Work closely with customer service team in order to provide the best possible customer journey
To work together as a team and share the workload as and when required

Essential knowledge and skills;

Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport
Computer literate
High degree of accuracy at all times
Previous sales experience would be a distinct advantage
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload
