    Site Experience Lead - 12-month FTC

    Salary:
    Circa £40,000 - £45,000

    Employment Type: 12-month FTC, On-site (1 day at home)

    We're working with a globally renowned manufacturing business currently moving through a period of significant change and transformation.

    This brand is a household name, and together we're looking for a Site Experience Lead to help their people navigate a changing site, culture, and workforce.


    The role:


    We are looking for a Site Experience Lead to play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition during a period of change and transformation within this leading organisation.

    This position will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience, driving engagement, and supporting the workforce as they move through their change journey.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement initiatives to support employees through change and transition, ensuring clear communication and support systems are in place.

    Collaborate with leadership to understand and address employee concerns, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
    Design and execute programs aimed at enhancing employee morale, motivation, and retention during the transformation period.
    Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders to effectively lead their teams through change.
    Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating open and constructive dialogue.
    Manage site communications to ensure the most appropriate channels are being used, ensuring clear and consistent messaging is shared at key points in time
    Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion action plans to create a sense of belonging across the site
    Support Occupational Health in building capability and confidence within the mental health & wellbeing ambassador network, to achieve improvements in delivery of the health & wellbeing agenda


    About you:
    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting with union experience.
    Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
    High level of empathy, with a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience.
    Proven experience of working in a HR environment and associated understanding of interconnections/drivers of Employee Engagement / Employee Life Cycle
    Ability to build respected, trusted and supportive relationships with key partners
