    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with key decision makers at the C-suite level, including CEOs and Financial Directors, to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This role will focus on providing strategic solutions to address the challenges faced by NHS trusts, leveraging your expertise in solution sales within the healthcare sector.
    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market access and drive revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives at NHS trusts.
    • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by understanding the needs and challenges of NHS trusts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address the specific requirements of clients.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with NHS trusts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
    Requirements:
    • Proven track record of success in strategic solution sales within the NHS including acute trusts, ICSs and ICBs.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with board-level clients, including CEOs and Financial Directors.
    • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, including knowledge of funding structures, decision-making processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving innovation and improving patient outcomes.
    Package:
    Basic salary of £60k - 70k.
    OTE of £20k with extra incentives taking earning potential far higher
    Fully expensed company car or car allowance
