    The team handling incidents, problems, and events at Worldpay plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of one of the leading Financial IT organizations globally. Our dedicated team is on standby round the clock to monitor and promptly address any incidents or issues that may surface within Worldpay's intricate network of systems and services. With our proficiency in pinpointing root causes and executing effective solutions, we can efficiently reduce downtime and sustain the high service level anticipated by Worldpay's clientele. Through proactive event management approaches, we can forecast, prepare for, and alleviate potential disruptions before they evolve into significant challenges.     What you will be doing

    As the chief of an Incident Management team, your main duty will be to supervise and manage all facets of incident response and resolution within the organization. You will lead a team of incident responders, coordinate communication among stakeholders, and ensure efficient and effective handling of incidents.

    Key responsibilities include:

    - Leading the incident management team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents promptly - Managing a group of incident management resources - Creating and implementing incident response processes and procedures - Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders during incidents - Prioritizing and managing incident response activities to minimize impact on business operations - Conducting post-incident reviews and analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement - Offering guidance and backing to team members during incident response activities - Collaborating with other teams to guarantee effective incident response across the organization

    The ideal candidate will have a robust background in incident response and management, with experience in leading a team in a fast-paced and complex setting. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are imperative, along with the ability to remain composed and focused under pressure. A profound comprehension of IT systems and security is also essential.
