    Description

    Leveraging your strong background and your established relationships with debt funders, banks and corporate contacts, you will be responsible for helping establish and then grow a high-performing team, developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

    Working across the whole of the K3 Capital Group and their client base, but sat within the London team at Quantuma, the role will work both with performing and non-performing debt situations building client solutions both to support re-financings and leverage solutions on transactions.

    This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help shape the future of debt advice across clients within Quantuma and the wider K3 Capital Group.


    Business Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the Debt Advisory line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of Quantuma and the wider K3 Capital corporate advisory service lines


    Team Leadership and Management:
    Once established recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented debt focussed professionals, across both good book and stressed /distressed situations


    Client Engagement:
    Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your network and expertise to promote Debt Advisory services


    Service Delivery Excellence:
    Oversee the execution of debt advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards and client expectations.

    Provide strategic insights to clients, identifying risks and opportunities in their transaction across a range of debt structures and situations.


    Market and Competitive Analysis:

    Stay abreast of industry trends and debt metrics, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the mid-market Debt Advisory segment.

    Work closely with Sun Capital, our US private equity owner, to leverage their resources, expertise, and networks.


    Financial Performance:

    Manage the financial performance of the Debt Advisory line of business sitting within Quantuma, monitoring revenue, profitability, and expenses.

    Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets.

    Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and ownership regarding the progress of the Debt Advisory line of business.

    Clearly communicate achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field as well as directly relevant experience working in the UK Transactions market.

    Extensive network and relationships within the Transactions market including with private equity and broader debt markets services industry covering a variety of debt structures.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key insights from complex financial data.
    Proficiency in project management, business development, and financial analysis tools.

    Our experts advise clients on business transactions, resolving business disputes, mitigating risk and managing operational as well as financial challenges.

    We have deep experience and specialist expertise in restructuring and insolvency, corporate finance, forensic accounting and investigations, cross-border asset recovery and creditor services.

    We work alongside accountants, major law practices, private equity houses, lenders and regulators.

    Our 250-strong team operates from 23 offices across the UK, Mauritius, Dubai, Cyprus, the Cayman Islands, Singapore and the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
